What happens if the migration goes wrong?
You run one full registration cycle in parallel with your legacy system, with a record-level reconciliation report. Cutover only happens after your registrar signs that report. Your legacy system stays available read-only for 24 months.
How exposed are we on compliance?
FERPA disclosure logging, GDPR data subject request tooling, SOC 2 Type II controls, ISO 27001 certification and a completed HECVAT Full are in place before you sign. Field-level permissions are configuration, not custom development.
Are we trading capability for cost?
