Common questions
Do you replace our finance system?
No. Bookcase Pro owns the student account and exports to your general ledger. Certified connectors exist for Workday, Sage Intacct, NetSuite and Oracle.
How are refunds handled?
Withdrawal and drop refunds calculate from your published policy and the academic calendar, including Return of Title IV, and route for approval above a threshold you set.
Can families pay without a student login?
Yes. Students grant authorized payer access, which exposes billing and payment only — never grades or advising notes.
Is UK funding supported?
Yes. SLC tuition fee and maintenance loan files, plus attendance confirmation reporting, are supported for UK institutions.
