How we got here

  1. 2016

    Founded in Providence

    Two registrars and an engineer start building a unified student record for colleges under 5,000 students.

  2. 2018

    First ten institutions live

    Academics, records and billing ship as one module set. The first parallel registration term runs at a Vermont college.

  3. 2020

    Enrollment and advancement launch

    Prospect CRM, application pipeline and the alumni record join the platform, closing the lifecycle loop.

  4. 2021

    UK and Canada

    SLC funding files, HESA reporting and provincial extracts open the platform to technical institutes and polytechnics.

  5. 2022

    Profitable, and SOC 2 Type II

    The company reaches sustained profitability and completes its first full-year SOC 2 Type II audit.

  6. 2024

    Continuous enrollment engine

    Rolling starts and non-standard terms ship, bringing online universities up to 50,000 students onto the platform.

  7. 2026
